Wenn du etwas bauen willst, was klein und fein ist, wirst du eine extrem kleine Schraubverbindungen, auch Miniatur-Gewinde genannt, brauchen. Die Bohrung muss dafür angepasst sein. Die Miniatur Gewindebohrer von BAER mit einem Nenndurchmesser von 0,3 bis 2,0 Millimetern sind die Lösung. Ob von Hand oder semiprofessionell per Maschine, dieser Mini Innengewindeschneider mit vollem Gewindeprofil schneidet exakt und gerade in das Kernloch - ein absolutes Muss beim Schneiden von Gewinden. Diese Minigewindebohrer werden häufig in der industriellen Fertigung auf Drehautomaten und Gewindeschneidmaschinen verwendet, weil sie eine hohe Effizienz und niedrige Produktionskosten haben.
Ein so kleines Gewinde zu schneiden, kann schnell herausfordernd sein, denn die Führung des Miniaturgewindebohrers ist sehr schwierig. Für eine ideale Führung empfiehlt sich der Einsatz eines Bohrständers oder einer Gewindeschneidmaschine.
