Dieses Gewindeschneiderset ist ein hochwertiger und vielseitiger Satz für alle Bedürfnisse beim Gewinde schneiden. Die metrischen Gewindeschneider von M3 bis M12 ermöglichen das Schneiden von Innengewinden und Außengewinden.

Das Set enthält TiN-beschichtete Maschinengewindebohrer jeweils für Durchgangslöcher und Sacklöcher aus cobaltlegiertem HSSE-Stahl (High Speed Steel), was für lange Haltbarkeit und hohe Präzision sorgt. The precision of the TiN

machine taps and the relief-ground thread ensures that there is less friction and temperature at thread cutting. To prevent the thread profile from completely rubbing against the workpiece, the thread is already cut over the entire thread profile clearance angle. This means that the tap has to apply less force and chip jamming can be avoided. The result: tool life is increased and the tap needs to be replaced less frequently.
Our machine taps are powerful and reliable taps for efficient machining in one step with the machine. Machine taps are used especially in industrial production. They can be used in CNC machines, thread cutting machines, cordless drills and pneumatic tapping arms, among others. As they are characterised by high efficiency and low production costs, they are often used in series production. The thread is cut by machine in one operation. Thus, although the BAER machine tap can basically be compared with single-cut taps, it is designed for use with the machine.
The machine taps for blind holes have a short lead-in and twisted flute shape that the chip is discharged to the rear of the hole. The through hole screw tap have a long lead-in, straight flutes and a spiral point (spiral entry), which ensure that the chip is transported to the front out of the hole.
Every material shows individual chip behaviour. Therefore, screw tap must have the correct rake angles and - for even better results - a specially treated surface. This is the only way to achieve a good chip transport and to produce a thread that is true to gauge.
The high quality of the cobalt-alloyed HSSE steel that we use ensures that our tools are extremely durable and robust. Due to special hardening processes and repeated tempering the hardness structure is very homogeneous, which forms the ideal basis for a genuine BAER screw tap. This increases the toughness and stability of the screw tap, allowing them to remain in use for longer.
The TiN coating is particularly suitable for soft to hard steels, cast iron and many non-ferrous metals. As a cost-effective universal coating, TiN offers a wide range of applications. TiN-Tools can be recoated up to five times without prior decoating.

BAER dies are used to produce metric external threads with a round external profile. You want to operate it by hand or by machine? Both works. These BAER dies, made of high-performance high-speed steel HSS, are suitable for normal applications for various materials with a strength of up to 800 N/mm². These include the following materials: general structural steels, free-cutting steels, case-hardening steels, unalloyed heat-treatable steels, pure copper, low-alloyed copper and copper-tin alloy (bronze) short-chipping, as well as plastics. The symmetrical design allows cutting in both axial directions. There are holes on the outside, here you can fix the thread cutting die in the die stock and prevent it from twisting during use. The chip holes, which are holes or cavities between the cutting edges, provide the chip transport. They take up the chips, roll them and carry them away. It is important that you lubricate the tool plumbed working and with cutting oil or cutting paste.
