BAER HSSG Kombi-Bit-Gewindebohrer M 3 x 0,5
BAER-Kombi-Bit-Gewindebohrersind für das Gewindeschneiden mit Akku-Bohrmaschinen und Handbohrmaschinen mit Rechts- und Linkslauf konzipiert. Sie eignen sich aber auch für das Gewindeschneiden auf stationären Bohrmaschinen. Ihr Einsatzgebiet liegt in der Bearbeitung von Stahl, NE-Metallen und Kunststoffen (bis 600 N/mm² Zugfestigkeit). Es können nur Durchgangsgewinde bis zu einer maximalen Gewindetiefe von 1 x D gefertigt werden. Besonders nützlich sind sie für Montagearbeiten und Kleinserien. Achten Sie darauf, daß Werkzeugachse und Lochachse genau fluchten und verwenden Sie ein geeignetes Schneidöl. Für das Gewindeschneiden mit Akku-Bohrmaschinen und Handbohrmaschinen empfehlen wir für die Abmessung M 3 x 0,5 eine maximale Drehzahl von 1600 UpM.
