BaerCoil Drahtgewindeeinsätze sind die perfekte Lösung für eine langlebige, kraftvolle Gewindeverbindung und Ausschußrückgewinnung. Sie schaffen auch tragfähige Verbindungen in Werkstoffen mit geringer Scherfestigkeit und sind präzise und verschleißfest. Drahtgewindeeinsätze finden häufig Anwendung in Kfz-, Elektrotechnik, Medizintechnik, Leichtbau-Konstruktionen sowie in der Luft- und Raumfahrt.
Zur Gewindereparatur mit Drahtgewindeeinsätzen wird das Gewinde aufgebohrt und ein neues EG-Gewinde (Einsatzgewinde) für den Draht-Gewindeeinsatz geschnitten. Häufig wird dieses Gewinde auch STI-Gewinde (STI = Screw Thread Insert) genannt.
BaerCoil Gewindeeinsätze sind perfekt für Anwendungen, bei denen eine ausgewogene Verteilung der Kräfte erforderlich ist. Sie können sowohl statischen als auch dynamischen Belastungen standhalten und dabei helfen, Trägermaterial zu sparen.
