Die Einsätze sorgen auch dafür, dass Sie keinen Ausschuß haben und alles wiederverwerten. Die Einsätze sind präzise und verschleißfest - Ihre Schraube wird fest in der Verankerung bleiben, ohne dass der Gewindeeinsatz verrutscht.
Der BaerCoil® Gewindeeinsatz ist die perfekte Lösung für beschädigte Gewinde. EG-Gewinde (Einsatzgewinde) wird geschnitten und der BaerCoil Einsatz eingedreht. Das hergestellte Gewinde ist deutlich stabiler als das ursprüngliche Gewinde.
BaerCoil Gewindeeinsätze sorgen dafür, dass sowohl statische als auch dynamische Betriebslasten gleichmäßig auf die einzelnen Gewindegänge verteilt werden. Auch kompensieren die Flexibilität der Gewindeeinsätze eventuelle Steigungs- und Winkelfehler, sodass eine optimale Kraftübertragung vom Bolzen zum Muttergewinde erreicht wird.
