BaerCoil Gewindeeinsätze sind ausgeklügelte Konstruktionselemente, die für eine optimale Kraftübertragung vom Bolzen zum Muttergewinde sorgen. Sie kompensieren Steigungs- und Winkelfehler und verteilen so statische und dynamische Betriebslasten gleichmäßig auf alle Gewindegänge. Dies ist besonders wichtig in Leichtbaukonstruktionen, bei denen das Trägermaterial reduziert werden soll.
