BaerCoil Drahtgewindeeinsätze sind die perfekte Lösung für eine langlebige, kraftvolle Gewindeverbindung und Ausschußrückgewinnung. Sie schaffen auch tragfähige Verbindungen in Werkstoffen mit geringer Scherfestigkeit und sind präzise und verschleißfest. Drahtgewindeeinsätze finden häufig Anwendung in Kfz-, Elektrotechnik, Medizintechnik, Leichtbau-Konstruktionen sowie in der Luft- und Raumfahrt.
Der BaerCoil Gewindeeinsatz ist die perfekte Lösung für beschädigte Gewinde. Zur Gewindereparatur mit Drahtgewindeeinsätzen wird das Gewinde aufgebohrt und ein neues EG-Gewinde (Einsatzgewinde) für den Draht-Gewindeeinsatz geschnitten.
BaerCoil Gewindeeinsätze sorgen für eine optimale Kraftübertragung vom Bolzen zum Muttergewinde - auch in Leichtbaukonstruktionen. Durch ihre Flexibilität können sie Steigungs- und Winkelfehler kompensieren und so eine optimale Kraftübertragung garantieren. BaerCoil Gewindeeinsätze sind bereits jetzt wichtige Bestandteile in der Luft- und Fahrzeugindustrie und helfen dabei, das Trägermaterial zu verringern und kleinere, kürzere Schraubverbindungen einzusetzen.
