BaerCoil Gewindeeinsätze sind die beste Lösung für Ihre Gewindereparatur! Mit ihnen können Sie langlebige und kraftvolle Gewindeverbindungen erschaffen. Die Einsätze sorgen auch dafür, dass Sie keinen Ausschuß haben und alles wiederverwerten. Die Einsätze sind präzise und verschleißfest - Ihre Schraube wird fest in der Verankerung bleiben, ohne dass der Gewindeeinsatz verrutscht.
Zur Gewindereparatur mit Drahtgewindeeinsätzen wird das Gewinde aufgebohrt und ein neues EG-Gewinde (Einsatzgewinde) für den Draht-Gewindeeinsatz geschnitten. Häufig wird dieses Gewinde auch STI-Gewinde (STI = Screw Thread Insert) genannt.
BaerCoil Gewindeeinsätze sorgen für eine optimale Kraftübertragung vom Bolzen zum Muttergewinde, auch in Leichtbaukonstruktionen. Heute sind sie bereits wichtiger Bestandteil in der Luftfahrt und im Fahrzeugbau. Sie sparen Gewicht und ermöglichen die Verwendung kleinerer und kürzerer Schraubverbindungen.
