BaerCoil® Gewindeeinsätze sind die perfekte Lösung für beschädigte Gewinde. Sie werden aufgebohrt und ein neues EG-Gewinde (Einsatzgewinde) für den Draht-Gewindeeinsatz geschnitten. Häufig wird dieses Gewinde auch STI-Gewinde (STI = Screw Thread Insert) genannt. Danach erfolgt das Eindrehen des BaerCoil® Gewindeeinsatzes in das alte Gewinde und somit die Neuverschraubung der Werkstücke. Mit BaerCoil® Gewindeeinsätzen ist das hergestellte Gewinde deutlich stabiler als das ursprüngliche Gewinde.
BaerCoil Gewindeeinsätze sind perfekt für Anwendungen, bei denen eine ausgewogene Verteilung der Kräfte erforderlich ist. Sie können sowohl statischen als auch dynamischen Belastungen standhalten und dabei helfen, Trägermaterial zu sparen.
